"Operations 201"

We offer a general package called "Operations 201" which you can think of as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for hire. We'll draft a Statement of Work (SOW) for a defined length of time (usually about 3 months) with a set number of hours per week at a standard rate. Then we'll get to work understanding your current business model:

• Your vision and mission statement, your road-map and 5 year plan
• Sales and marketing activities including brick and mortal, social media, and web
• Operational infrastructure (training, process review, POS / Inventory systems)
• High-level Financial analysis

We use this information, as well as employee interviews, to document the "pluses" (what's working) and the "deltas" (opportunities for improvement). We meet with you throughout the process to keep you informed, and when we complete the initial assessment, we'll facilitate a discussion with you and your team to lay out a road-map for implementation of prioritized recommendations.

We offer targeted consulting services in our specialty service areas. We will work with you to define your needs and create a Statement of Work (SOW) to define the key deliverables, activities, timeline, and Consultant resources.

We will use a standard hourly bill rate to provide you with monthly invoices including both time and expenses.

Throughout the course of the engagement, we'll provide you with weekly status reports and meet with you on a regular cadence to discuss any topics that need to be addressed.
