Design Consultation Services


Looking to tackle a limited or specific design challenge as a home-owner or renter? A Design Consultation is a fixed-fee, short-term engagement. A consultation is ideal for those who have an overall vision, but just need help putting together the final pieces of the puzzle. Previous projects encompass:

  • Creating idea boards for DIY homeowners (living room, bedroom, dens)
  • Paint selection for specific rooms/spaces
  • Custom framing consultation
  • Wet bar design/layout


Your set price includes:

  • An initial consultation discussion about your needs and challenge
  • A fully curated presentation we will review with you
  • Recommendations on next steps

Interior Design Services


This option is for you if you have a full a design project and need someone to guide you through the process and work with the tradespeople. Previous projects encompass:

  • Bathroom remodel
  • Bedroom remodel
  • Kitchen remodel
  • Living room remodel
  • Dining room remodel


A Letter of Agreement (LoA) will lay out the cost, price, and timeline for:

  • Design meetings
  • professionally drawn floor plans including furniture layout
  • Purchasing of materials (paint, wallpaper, drapes, furniture, etc.)
  • Project oversight with tradespeople
  • Ongoing progress reports


Home Staging


Studies show that a staged home sells more quickly, and for a higher dollar amount than an un-staged home.


Many homeowners struggle to separate emotionally from their home (and home design) even though they are ready for the next chapter of home. Let COG visit your home and provide recommendations on how to better stage your home for top dollar return. 


Based on the scope of changes, COG can assist you with the staging process (paint selection, art placement, decluttering, furniture rental, etc.)
